Funding Opportunities
Funding opportunities for Armidale Dumaresq community
1. Armidale Regional Tourism (ART) special funding for tourism conference and event funding. Contact: Stuart Allardice, Tourism and Marketing Manager, (02) 6772 4655.
2. Community Assistance Fund provides financial support for projects/activities that benefit the Armidale Dumaresq community. Support received may comprise of budget allocations, in-kind support, rates and rent subsidies and fee waivers. Maximum amount that can be applied for at any one time from the Community Assistance Fund is $5,000. 3. Local Area Committee Special Project Fund. Only individuals or organisations associated with Local Area Committees may apply. Applications of 2007/2008 close 26 September 2007. Contact: Poh Woodland, Public Relations, (02) 6770 3604 or email: pwoodland@armidale.nsw.gov.au.
4. Sports Fund - Applicants must be affiliated with the Sports Council. Applications from individuals may be considered at each two monthly meeting. Applicants can apply for up to $250 per calendar year. Applications from organisations will be considered six monthly and a funding will be deteremined by merit. Applicants are advised to follow the Funding Guidelines and applications must be made on the Standard Application for Funding Support forms.
Local Area Committee Project Fund - 15 Aug 2007
Only individuals or organisations associated with Local Area Committees may apply. The 2007/2008applications close on 26 September 2007.
Application forms and guidelines have been sent to all Local Area Committees. All previous grants must be acquitted.
