2016 Armidale Australia Day Celebrations

2017 Award Nominations will be in open October 2016

Armidale Regional Council (ARC) will be taking nominations for the ARC Australia Day awards. You may nominate an individual, a group or an organisation from the Armidale Regional Local Government Area to acknowledge them for their contribution to sports, recreation, cultural pursuits, the arts, community services, education and other services. People of all ages may be nominated.

Over the years, many quiet achievers among the community go out of their way to ensure that Armidale continues to be the most sought after place to reside in. There are those who continue to act as ambassadors to spread the news about Armidale, while others serve in their own quiet ways to help others in need of their assistance. There is a category to acknowledge all these wonderful achievers.

Nominations should be made on the official form available from the Civic Administration Building or may be downloaded from the bottom of this page. Completed forms may be emailed to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au, handed in at the customer service counter or posted to the General Manager, PO Box 75A Armidale 2350.

Members of the community are encouraged to consider nominating an individual, a group or organisation and to ensure that the completed forms reach Council by the close of business on Monday 5 December 2016.
