Customer Service Centre
Armidale Dumaresq Council Customer Service Centre (CSC) is open from 8.30am - 5.00pm, Cashering Hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday and is located at 135 Rusden Street between Faulkner and Dangar Streets.
Council's Customer Service Centre is often the first contact point with Armidale Dumaresq Council. We are able to provide you with information regarding all Council services.
Some of the services that can be accessed at Council's CSC include:
- Planning and Building information
- Lodgement of Development and Complying Development Applications and Construction Certificates
- Companion Animial Registrations and change of details
- Payment of Rates - note that the cashiers operate during opening hours, 8.30am until 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
- Purchase recycling crates, worm farms and compost bins
