Public Exhibition - Armidale Dumaresq Bicycle Strategy

Changing the On Road Cycleway to an Off Road Shared Footpath Cycleway – Rockvale Road – from Merinda Place to Gordon Street.

At the Council Meeting of 23 January 2006 (Item 11.001/06*), a report of the Rockvale Road – Shared Footpath Cycleway from Merinda Place towards Gordon Street was considered and resolved “That Council review the Bicycle Strategy in view of the RTA co-funding constraints for on-road routes and place the revised strategy on public exhibition”.

The amendments of the Armidale Dumaresq Bicycle Strategy will be on public exhibition from Tuesday, 17 April to Tuesday, 15 May 2007 and written submissions will be accepted up to 5.00pm on Tuesday, 15 May 2007.

Submissions should be addressed to the General Manager at the address given below and marked “Submission on revised Armidale Dumaresq Bicycle  Strategy - A05/2345-2”.
