After Hours Contact

Q. How do I contact Council with an after hours query, complaint, or report?

A. Council utilises the services of an after hours call centre.  

 At the end of each business day the main incoming phone lines are switched through to the call centre. The centre is able to take messages, answer general enquiries, and call out staff for emergency repairs or other necessary action. 

 So please use the normal number of (02) 6770 3600 for all after hours contacts.
