

Complying development is development that requires consent but is considered to have low environmental impact and meets specific complying development criteria outlined in the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development) 2008. You will need to demonstrate that you meet all the criteria for Complying Development in your application.

The following Table outlines various types of complying development and the relevant Policy that applies to those types of complying development. The requirements for each type of complying development are outlined under the relevant policy.
