Disclosures of reportable political donations and gifts

Section 147 (12) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, requires all Disclosures of reportable political donations and gifts under section 147 are to be made available to the public on Council's website. Armidale Dumaresq Council will list these Disclosures in the below link for public access.

Joint Regional Planning Panel Referrals

Major development proposals of regional significance must now be referred to the Northern Region Joint Regional Planning Panel (JRPP) for determination.

More information, including a list of such proposals and their current status, can be found at the Joint Regional Planning Panel Website.

To see which proposals are listed for Armidale Dumaresq Council you can search the JRPP website by selecting 'Northern Region Joint Planning Pannel' from the 'Region' tab and 'Armidale Dumaresq Council' from the 'LGA' tab.

SEPP 1 Variations to Development Standards

Local Governments are required to record and display all Divisions (which are votes for and against by Councillors on a matter) made on any Planning Decisions to the public. We are also required to report on variations to development standards under delegations using State Environmental Planning Policy No. 1 - Development Standards of Provisions under the Standard Instrument.
