The Armidale Dumaresq Development Control Plan 2007 provides development standards for development in the Council area, including requirements for construction, subdivision, signage, heritage, parking and so on. The relevant DCP Chapters must be addressed in your Statement of Environmental Effects when submitting a Development Application. Please access the chapters relevant to your development via the links below.
Note: In addition to the provisions in DCP, various State Environmental Planning Policies also contain development standards and matters for consideration for some development types, such as exempt and complying development, rural lands, BASIX, koala habitat protection and other planning related issues.
