Armidale Dumaresq Development Control Plan 2007

The Armidale Dumaresq Development Control Plan 2007 provides development standards for development in the Council area, including requirements for construction, subdivision, signage, heritage, parking and so on. The relevant DCP Chapters must be addressed in your Statement of Environmental Effects when submitting a Development Application.
