The Armidale Dumaresq Local Environmental Plan 2008 (LEP 2008)  was superseded on 30 November 2012  for all matters except the deferred matters in relation to  the industrial zoned land in west Armidale.

The Armidale Dumaresq Local Environmental Plan 2012 (LEP 2012) was made on 30 November 2012. Please refer to the LEP 2012 in relation to all other matters.
