Computer Services
Information on Computer Services supplied at the Armidale Dumaresq War Memorial Library.
Internet Access:
Free public access to the Internet is provided at the Library. Bookings are essential, and can be made by telephone or in person. The use of these computers is free. Black and white printing is 10c per A4 page; colour typeface is $1.00 per A4 page; colour pictures are $2.00 per A4 page. A3 page printing is available at twice the cost of A4.
Wi-Fi Access
Wi-Fi is available free of charge to the public within the Armidale Library. Access is available during opening hours and is accessible with a username and password which is available from the staff.
Word Processor
A dedicated word processing computer is available for individuals to undertake their own word processing requirements. The use of this computer is free. Printing from the Word Processor is the same as Internet printing.
Online Databases:
The Library provides free access to a variety of online databases. Some of these are available through NSW.net, a service managed by the State Library of New South Wales. These databases are available to members of the public within the Library and to Library members through their home Internet connections. You can find out more by going to our Online Databases page.
