If the snow left you with fallen trees or branches and you can't get to the waste facility, TeamARC will collect green waste from your kerbside on your usual collection day.
Armidale Waste Management Facility will be open from 8:00am-4:45pm Saturday 9 August and Sunday 10 August 2025 (the second-hand goods shop will open at 12noon as usual)

The Australian and NSW Governments confirmed a Natural Disaster Declaration (AGRN 1198) for select local government areas affected by Tropical Cyclone Alfred severe weather - including Armidale Regional Council local government area.
This means that assistance is available to qualifying residents, primary producers, businesses, and not-for-profit organisations.
