Outdoor sport facilities

Armidale and Guyra's outdoor facilities include nine turf cricket ovals, twenty-two outdoor bitumen and grass netball courts, fifty all-weather tennis courts, a 50 metre Olympic pool plus a warm-down 50 metre pool, heated enclosed 25m pool, and hectares of playing fields.

Sports Fields

Playing fields are assessed daily at 2pm based on criteria that reflects duty of care to field users and also considers the longevity of the surface. When appropriate, fields are closed temporarily.

Clubs and teams are reminded to avoid training in goal mouths while fields are wet to prevent further damage to the fields.
