Within Submission Period, written submissions may be made and any objection to the proposal must state the grounds of objection.

•          via email to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au.

 

Please note that under State legislation, any person making a submission on a Development Application must also disclose whether they or any “associate” have made a “reportable political donation” or gift to a local Councillor or Council employee within the period commencing two years before any submission is made and ending when that Application is determined.
