Babytime
An early literacy program for babies (birth to 18 months) held over four weeks.
It runs as a series of parent and child workshops, and uses rhyme, songs and simple stories. This is also a great chance to connect with other parents and bubs!
Babytime is offered regularly throughout the year. Contact the library for next dates. Bookings essential.

Author talk - Sarah Smith 'The Sawmiller's Daughter'
Meet the author behind this award-winning Northern Tablelands story!
Set in the Northern Tablelands, The Sawmiller’s Daughter has already received a Literary Titan Gold Book Award and nominations for Best Fiction Book and People’s Choice Award in the ABLE Gold Book Awards.
Sarah will share the story behind her novel, discuss her writing process and answer questions from the audience.
Books will be available to purchase. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided.

Keen to try a new craft?
As part of Guyra Library's Saturday morning 'Create, Craft, Chat' days delivered in partnership with CWA Guyra Evening Branch, the library is offering a series of 'Come and try craft days'!
If you've been thinking of exploring (or discovering!) your crafty side, come and try :-)
'Create, Craft, Chat' gathers on the first and third Saturday of every month between 10am and 1pm.
Come and try craft days(PDF, 2MB) are:
- 15 August - Diamond art
- 5 September - Scrap booking
- 17 October - Embroidery and needle art
- 21 November - Card making
All craft items are supplied for the come and try days, or BYO a project you are working on!
