The 2025 Sir Frank Kitto Public Lecture to be presented by The Honourable Justice Robert Thomas Beech-Jones

The lecture will cover the history of Australia’s entry into the Rome Statute which established the International Criminal Court. His Honour will outline the interrelationship between domestic statute law and the Rome Statute with particular reference to the protections afforded to the ICC by domestic law and the possible implications for executive power and Australian citizens generally.
