Enrolment

If you would like your child to become a member of the Guyra Preschool and Long Day Care Centre's inclusive, welcoming and diverse community please complete our online enrolment form
 
Families will be contacted if and when a place becomes available. Our team will invite you to the centre at a time that is suitable for an orientation session, where you and your child are welcome to tour the centre, meet the staff and have a play in your child's new environment. The Centre Manager will also provide you with an enrolment pack that includes a 'Get to Know Me' sheet, Family Information Booklet, Centre routines and other useful resources to help with packing lunch boxes.
 
If your childcare needs cannot be accommodated immediately, your child will be added to the Centre's waiting list, and you will be notified when a position become available.

Fees and charges

  • Babies $96 Per day
  • Toddlers $93 Per day
  • Preschool $90 Per Day
  • Before school care $14 per session
  • After school Care $28 Per Session

Daily inclusions

Current inclusions are wipes, sunscreen and sanitizer.

Asthma, medication and illness

Children who have ongoing medical conditions or illness are welcomed and encouraged to enrol at our service. Upon initial enrolment at the service please disclose if your child has any ongoing medical conditions including asthma or anaphylaxis. You will be required to provide a doctor or socialist medical plan, medication with attached chemist or doctors administration instructions. You will also be required to sit and create a medical minimisation plan with staff.
