The Armidale Running Festival is more than just a race weekend – it's a celebration of community, movement, and everything that makes Armidale special. But the festival goes far beyond the track. Held in the heart of town at Civic Park, the event will feature live music, local food, community stalls, and a massive market – the biggest the region has ever seen. With kids' activities, play areas, picnic zones, and space to relax, it's designed as a full-day experience for families, locals, and visitors alike.
The running schedule includes a 1-kilometre free fun run for kids, followed by 3-kilometre, 5-kilometre, and 10-kilometre runs on Saturday, with the half marathon taking place on Sunday. These options offer something for every fitness level and make the weekend inclusive and accessible for all.
