Susan McMichael is passionate about the Armidale region and council services, applying her diverse range of skills and local knowledge, Susan is looking forward to ensuring council delivers for our region.
Susan has lived in Armidale for more than 30 years, since beginning her studies at UNE.
She has been a bookseller, tv interviewer, and conference organiser. She has been involved in a number of community groups including the Uniting Church, ANTaR, Armidale Labor, & New England Family Support.
Susan is on the board of Armidale Neighbourhood Centre.
She is also a poet and writer. Her poetry has been published in various magazines.
Susan works as a caseworker with New England Family Support Service , and as an administrative assistant with the Armidale Uniting Church.
