Libraries invite community feedback

Armidale Regional Council is seeking feedback from the community as part of a review of local library services. 

“The libraries play an important role in everyday community life, and to get this right, we really want to hear from you,” said Armidale Regional Libraries Team Leader, Elizabeth Thomas. 

“The goal is to plan for the future and ensure our region’s libraries meet people’s needs.” 

The libraries’ team is keen to understand how people use the libraries now, what is currently valued and important - and what would make it better. 

Community members are encouraged to take part in a quick survey that asks what is working well, what services or programs people would like more of, and where improvements could be made. 

Every response helps shape the direction of future library services. 

Residents are invited to provide feedback by Monday 11 May 2026.
