The Armidale Eisteddfod is hosting a public lecture from the Composition Adjudicator Robert Davison (Music Department, University of Queensland): The Inner Workings of a Composing Mind, How a Small Idea Becomes a Piece of Music

Students studying music in schools have composed works for the eisteddfod adjudication and perpetual prizes have been donated by Australian composers such as Peter Sculthorpe and prize winners receive a frame copy. The NECOM Office house these works and welcome publoic viewing.
