For children 0-5 years. Designed to develop a love of reading and sound recognition. A great way for children to play and meet new people!

Babytime

An early literacy program for babies (birth to 18 months) held over four weeks.

It runs as a series of parent and child workshops, and uses rhyme, songs and simple stories. This is also a great chance to connect with other parents and bubs!

Babytime is offered regularly throughout the year. Contact the library for next dates. Bookings essential.

National Simultaneous Storytime 2026

This year's official book for the Australia Library and Information Association's National Simultaneous Storytime 2026 is 'Luna Roo: the Kangaroo Baller', written by Adam Jackson and Adrian Lloyd, and illustrated by Jake Minton.
