Lego club Ages 5-15 years. Bring your creativity and spatial thinking! No bookings required. Crochet and knitting craft group All ages. No bookings required. Armidale Library: Monday 10:00am to noon	Create, Craft, Chat All ages. No bookings required. Morning tea provided! Guyra Library: First and third Saturday of the month 10am-1pm
Storytime For children 0-5 years. Designed to develop a love of reading and sound recognition. A great way for children to play and meet new people! No bookings required. Armidale Library: Tuesdays 10:30am to 11:30am (during school terms) in Kids & Youth area. Guyra Library: Wednesdays at 10:30am	Babytime An early literacy program for babies (birth to 18 months) held over four weeks. It runs as a series of parent and child workshops, and uses rhyme, songs and simple stories. This is also a great chance to connect with other parents and bubs! Babytime is offered regularly throughout the year. Contact the library for next dates. Bookings essential. Armidale Library: Thursdays 10am (during regular four week blocks)

Featured Living Books include:

• Bar Finch – A Ten Pound Pom who arrived in Australia in 1963 and has spent decades contributing to community organisations, activism, environmental causes and the arts. Bar is a designer, maker, singer, cello player and avid library user who welcomes conversations on any topic.
• Dr James O’Hanlon – Zoologist, science communicator and freelance creative. James has published over 30 academic papers, written for major news outlets, illustrated science books, painted public artworks across regional NSW, scuba‑dived with sharks and even puppeteered a life‑sized animatronic dinosaur.
• Fiona Lovelock - s an Aboriginal community leader, practitioner and advocate with more than 30 years’ experience working alongside Aboriginal communities to strengthen culture, improve justice outcomes and support healing and self‑determination. Her work blends academic study with lived experience, leading to the creation of innovative, community‑led models such as the Bing Binni engagement approach and the Rock‑Solid framework, centred on Culture, Care and Connection. Inspired by the resilience of her mother, Vera Lovelock of the Stolen Generation, Fiona is dedicated to building systems that recognise the strengths of Aboriginal people and keep culture at the heart of meaningful change.
• Stephen Dobson A.C.S. -began his career as an award-winning young filmmaker before rising to become one of Australia's most accomplished cinematographers. As Director of Photography, he crafted the visual language for major international advertising campaigns and Hollywood feature films, collaborating with many of the world's most celebrated directors and global brands. His career has taken him across the globe, earning a reputation for cinematic excellence, technical innovation, and compelling visual storytelling. Today, Stephen brings that same passion for craftsmanship and creativity to Dobson's Distillery, where the art of filmmaking has given way to the equally meticulous art of creating award-winning New England Highland whiskies and spirits.
