If you love recycling, renewing and reusing, then come to this Back to Back: A Dos-à-Dos Journal workshop and learn how to transform a range of papers and packaging that would normally be tossed in the recycling bin into a unique one-of-a-kind journal.
Local artist Kathie Holmes will walk you through each stage of the process and you will come away with a journal that you will love and want to use regularly. Some materials are supplied.
Kathie Holmes is an Armidale based artist, primarily working in mixed media and book binding. and has exhibited in Newcastle, Sydney and Armidale. While in Newcastle, Kathie co-taught a popular book binding class with another local artist. A later spin-off class was run, showing how to add various pockets to their hand made books.
