Making Beautiful Mosaics - Flat Objects

This weekend workshop will be about learning the skills needed for creating a beautiful mosaic.

Tess will take you through the fundamentals of creating a mosaic on a flat object from bits and pieces that either you have collected or from the myriad of collected tiles in Tess’s studio.

We will focus on designing, cutting and shaping of the bits, and then glueing it all together. Bring your own design or use one that Tess will have on site.

For beginners a garden paver is a great way two start and learn the process of creating on a flat surface. For those who have been before it might be time to work on a table or wall piece. So come along and be guided step by step to grow your artistic skills and strengthen your ability to create beautiful objects.

Of course one paver will lead to many more – let this be the first step in creating a beautiful objects for your garden.
